An undergraduate student in Economics, Aayaan’s passion for sports blends seamlessly with his educational pursuits. He founded Rah e Nau Colosseum, a haven for sports enthusiasts that fosters inclusivity, unity, and civic duty. Aayaan’s commitment extends to the less privileged, opening doors for all. As an intern, he plays a vital role in our mission, amplifying our dedication to unity, empowerment, and transformation.
Rah e Nau Clepe
The term راہ نو (Rah e Nau) translates to new pathway or direction in Urdu. Rah e Nau is about resurrecting our traditions to take the communal pathways leaving behind the individualistic bystander thought process. It is where individuals become the torch bearers and beacons of hope and light for others to follow and learn from.
Rah e Nau is about spreading the realization that each individual has the capacity to become a positive deviant who stands tall within the same socio-economic conditions and act as a forerunner for all others to follow regardless of their professions. It’s about inspiring others to join in and create not just a movement but a new culture of positivity, kindness, love, empathy, and joy. This is where the term جھرمٹ or constellations comes in which means “an assemblage, collection, or group of usually related persons, qualities, or things”
Furthermore, “RNC” are not only the initials of “Rah e Nau Constellations” but of every organ of the conglomerate.
But that’s not all, “RNC” are also the initials of “Raheel Nazir Chaudhry”, the Founding Patron of Rah e Nau Constellation.
Purpose
Rah e Nau Constellations comprises many programs, platforms, organizations, and social enterprises each of which have their own area of expertise. Rah e Nau Constellations as a conglomerate, coordinates it’s work with all its separate organs. These entities cooperate to help achieve both individual and collective goals. Our complementary efforts enable us to achieve sustainable development with greater scope and scale.
Social impact interventions that are all-inclusive in nature are all interconnected and have interdependencies. Thus, coordinating the interventions of different entities in the Rah e Nau Constellations enables us to to utilize the competitive advantages of each organization. Complementary interventions and working together as one, increases innovation, expertise, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, scope, scale, communication, knowledge sharing, synergies, alignment with national and global priorities. Furthermore, it reduces duplication, transportation and transactions costs at country, regional and global levels.
